BHOPAL: The four day long Parish Day celebration and Gospel Convention at St. Thomas JSO Church, here came to an end on 13th November, 2011. The Gospel message was rendered by Fr. Paulose Pallathukudi. The Sunday holy Qurbono (tri mass) was offered by Metropolitan Mor Anthonios Yaqub, Fr. V.C.Geevarghese, and Fr. Paulose Pallathukudi. Special intercessory prayer to Mother Mary was also done on this occasion. The perunnal concluded with Rassa (Procession) and Benediction along with Love Feast.
To mark the Children’s Day, St. Geevarghese Convent School, run by St. Thomas Jacobite Syrian Church organized its Annual Day Celebration on 14th November, 2011. Mor Anthonios was the Chief Guest on this occasion. Special invitee on this occasion was Mr.P.C.Sharma, The District Congress Committee Chairman. Shri K.C Mathew welcomed the guests. The Principal of the School, Mrs. Annie Biju rendered the annual report of the school. A colourful program was presented by the students on this occasion.
