PENNSYLVANIA: Shri. Joby George, the Official Spokesman of Malankara Archdiocese of North America and a well respected Community Leader in USA has received the prestigious COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD for his devoted- outstanding services, contributions and excellent achievements in the field of Community Development and Social Services constituted by Mr. Michael A Nutter, the Mayor of the city of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania State , USA. The Award was presented by Mr. Bob Brady, the United States Congressman at the occasion of 12th Annual Banquet Ceremony of the Asian Federation of United States.
Shri. Joby George is the Director of Asian Federation of United States, Advisory Board member of Philadelphia Police Department, Area manager of Kairali TV USA, Special Correspondent of Malayalam Pathram, the leading Indian Newspaper, Tri- State Kerala Forum Executive Vice Chairman , Auditor and Media Coordinator of Malankara Archdiocese in USA. He was also the former Chairman of Tristate Forum, President of Kottayam Association and Malankara Archdiocese Council member.

Shri. Joby George is a member of St. Peters Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church in Philadelphia, USA and belongs to Ennackal Family in Kottayam and their home parish is St. Thomas Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church, Pakkil of Kottayam . He is residing in Philadelphia along with wife Smt. Lizy and daughters Liya and Jenny.
